How we compare

How Pluksy ranks offers by stock, price, total price and estimated delivery, and why commission never changes the order.

What we compare

Every row in a comparison is one offer for one exact product: the same edition, platform, format, storage size and condition, sold by one store (or one seller on a marketplace) in the country you chose.

We show the product price, the shipping cost, the total including shipping when every cost is known, the stock status and the delivery estimate supplied by the store. Pluksy does not sell or deliver anything itself.

Default order

By default, offers that are in stock come first, followed by pre-orders, backorders and offers with unknown stock. Within each group, the lowest known total price comes first. Offers whose total is unknown are listed after offers with a known total.

Offers in different currencies are never converted or combined. When stores use more than one currency, each currency has its own tab.

Sorting and filters

You can sort by price or by total price in both directions, by stock, and by estimated delivery. Offers with unknown costs or unknown delivery always go to the bottom, whichever direction you choose.

“In stock only” keeps offers with recently confirmed stock. “Arrives by” keeps offers whose whole delivery window ends on or before the date you pick; offers without an estimate are left out.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery is the store’s expectation, based on data the store supplies. When a store does not supply it, or the data is out of date, we show “Check delivery at store” instead of a date.

A release date is not a delivery date. For digital products we show when access is expected, not a shipping date.

Freshness

Stock, delivery and price data each have their own age limit. Stock that is too old is shown as unknown, delivery that is too old loses its date, and an offer with an outdated price has no link until the store confirms a new price. Every row shows when its data was last updated.

Commission never changes the ranking

Pluksy may earn a commission when you buy through a link. The amount of commission, or whether a store pays one at all, has no influence on the order of offers, on badges such as “Lowest total price”, or on which products appear as trending.
