About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Pluksy websites to compare products and offers. By using Pluksy, you accept these terms. Pluksy is free to use and you do not need an account.
What Pluksy does
Pluksy compares offers from online stores: prices, shipping costs, stock and estimated delivery. Pluksy does not sell anything itself.
When you buy something, you buy it from the store, under that store’s terms and conditions. Pluksy is not a party to that purchase. For questions about an order, payment, delivery, warranty or a return, please contact the store.
Information from stores
Prices, shipping costs, stock, delivery estimates, product details and images come from the stores and affiliate networks that supply them. We check how recent this data is and hide the link of an offer whose price is out of date, but information can change or be incorrect at any time.
We cannot guarantee that an offer is available, that a price or shipping cost is correct, or that a delivery estimate is met. The price and conditions shown by the store when you order are the ones that apply, so always check them at the store before you buy.
Affiliate links and commission
Links to stores are affiliate links. Pluksy may earn a commission when you buy through them; the price you pay is the same. Commission never influences the order of offers, badges or trending lists. The affiliate disclosure explains this in more detail.
Liability
We do our best to keep Pluksy available and its information accurate, but we cannot promise that the service is always available, complete or free of errors.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of Pluksy or from relying on information supplied by stores. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Pluksy name, logo, design and texts are protected. Product names, brands, product images and store names belong to their respective owners.
You may use Pluksy to compare offers for yourself. Copying content from Pluksy on a large scale, or collecting it automatically, is not allowed without our written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example when the service changes. The version published on this page applies from the moment it is published.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms. If you use Pluksy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
