Shopee
Online marketplace with official brand stores (Shopee Mall) and many ways to pay
About Shopee
Shopee is an online marketplace in Thailand, on the Shopee app and shopee.co.th. Sellers range from official brand stores (Shopee Mall) and Preferred shops to regular shops based in Thailand and abroad.
It suits shoppers who want to compare many shops, buy from a brand's official store, or use payment options such as cash on delivery or SPayLater.
What you can do
-
Shopee Mall
Official brand stores carry the Shopee Mall label and allow a longer refund and return window than regular shops.
-
Shopee Guarantee
Orders paid through Shopee's own channels can be refunded or returned within the set period.
-
SPayLater
Pay with SPayLater credit and spread the cost over instalments, subject to its conditions.
-
Shop type labels
Labels on product photos and shop pages show whether a shop is Shopee Mall, Preferred or a regular shop.
How it works
-
Search for products in the Shopee app or website
-
Pick a shop and product, then add it to the cart
-
Choose the delivery address and payment method, then place the order
-
Track the parcel and confirm when you receive it
Good to know
- Shopee is an intermediary between buyers and sellers: deals or transfers made outside Shopee's channels are not covered by Shopee Guarantee.
- Refund and return windows differ by shop type, so check the shop label before buying.
- Cash on delivery is only available when the shop offers it and the order meets Shopee's conditions.
